This is what I live for and love to do. If you’re trying to throw an epic dinner party and blow people’s minds with the food… hit me up. Every year I take on a very small number of private chef clients and pour my heart into the projects.

I create dinner experiences that tell a story and entertain, like being at a live jazz show or magic show. I bring smoke, magic, comedy, otherworldly ingredients, storytelling and of course delicious food.

I work with my clients to understand the soul of the event so that every detail is thoughtful. If it’s for a birthday party, the food might be infused with nostalgia by the way it references a cherished memory or a symbol of the coming year. I did one dinner for a famous musician where we created an edible forest for his kids to walk through and pick the food off of the branches. If it’s for a corporate dinner, I’ll learn about the company culture and create an experience that makes the guests feel more connected to the brand.

By now we’ve all seen Chef’s Table and the episode with Alinea. That’s a big part of my inspiration, but I bring that experience into your home and it’s 100% plant-based.

Don’t hire me if you just want good food served to you. Hire me if you want a dish that shows your guests how much you care. I’m as much a host as a chef so I come out and explain each dish, I mingle and do table side culinary theatrics, I story tell and tie it all together.
