Avocado Hummus

INGREDIENTS:

  • 2 - 16 oz packages of cooked chickpeas

  • 2 garlic cloves

  • 1/3 cup olive oil

  • ¼ cup tahini

  • 1 lemon, juiced

  • 1 avocado

  • salt and pepper, to taste

  • Garnish with pinch red pepper flakes

DIRECTIONS

1.   Food processor

Add all of the ingredients (except garnish) to a food processor and blend until creamy. Garnish with the red pepper flakes.
