#FAVORITE RECIPE # 15 minutes

INGREDIENTS:

  1. 1 c cashews (soaked in water for 2-24 hours)

  2. 6 tbsp water 2 medjool dates (remove pits)

  3. 1 lemon juiced

  4. 1/2 tsp salt

DIRECTIONS

1.   Soak Cashews

Start by soaking the cashews in water. If you've never done this before, it's super simple. Just fill a bowl with water and the cashews, cover it with a plate and let it sit for 2-24 hours. This softens the cashews and gives them a creamier texture.

Remove the cashews from the water and blend all the ingredients.
