INGREDIENTS:

Nacho Sauce

  1. 1 white potato 147 cal .2 fat 33 carb 3.6 protein
  2. 1 carrot 25 cal .1 fat 6 carb .6 protein
  3. ¼ c coconut milk 90 cal 9 fat 1 carb 0 protein
  4. 10 jalapenos 5 cal 0 fat 1 carb 0 protein
  5. 3 tbsp jalapeno brine
  6. 2 tbsp hemp protein 60 cal 3 fat 6 carb 10 protein
  7. 1 tbsp olive oil 120 cal 14 fat 0 carb 0 protein
  8. 1 tbsp tomato paste 17.5 cal 0 fat 3 carb 1 protein
  9. 3 tbsp Nutritional Yeast 80 cal 0 fat 14 carb 9 g protein
  10. 2 tsp lemon juice
  11. 1 tsp garlic powder
  12. 1 tsp onion powder
  13. 1 tsp salt

Sweet Potato Fries

  1. 2 Sweet Potato 112 cal .1 fat 26 carb 2 protein
  2. 1 tsp turmeric
  3. 1 tsp salt
  4. 1 tsp pepper

DIRECTIONS

1.   boil potatoes

Cut the potato and carrot into cubes. Boil for 7 minutes (until they are just soft enough to put a fork into them).

2.   blend cheese

Add the potatoes, carrots and all of the other nacho sauce ingredients into a blender and blend.

3.   prepare fries

Cut sweet potatoes into 3 inch fry shapes. Either coat in a little oil or water to help the seasoning stick. toss with the seasonings.

4.  Cook Fries

Cook in air fryer for 15 minutes on 400°.

5.   enjoy

Top the fries with the cheese and enjoy!
